§ 1. General INFORMATION
1. Every contestant is inclined to get acquainted with the rules and regulations of Street Noise
2. The Regulations define the rules as well as the organizational structure of Street Noise
3. Freeway Association is the organizer of Street Noise
4. Street Noise dance event will be held in Gwint Club

§ 2. APPLICATIONS
1. In order to take part in the competition all competitors will be required to send their application and pay the registration fee (look:entry) 5th May 2017
2. Every competitor is required to pay the entry fee which is 20 zł per person till 5th May 2017/30 zł per person following the 5th May
3. The entry fee for every next dance category is 10zł per person.
4. Competitors may apply through the application form available on www.streetnoise.pl
5. Entry fees should be paid via bank transfer: transfer title: ‘Entry fee Street Noise+ name and surname/team+category+the number of competitors’

 § 3. PRELIMS AND FINALS
1. Prelims begin on the 13th May 2017 at 10:00 Prelim rules are outlined in the ‘Rules’ tab on the www.streetnoise.pl website
2. FINALS begin on the 14th May 2017 at 13:00
3. Finals rules are outlined in the ‘Rules’ tab on the www.streetnoise.pl website
4. 3 Categories:
• Hip Hop 2 vs 2 (Junior up to 13 yrs| Old 14yrs and above)
• Bboying 3 vs 3 (Junior up to 13 yrs| Old 14yrs and above)
• Showcase (Junior up to 13 yrs| Old 14yrs and above)
• All styles crew
5. It is allowed for 20% of dancers on a team to be above the age limit of the given category. The competitors are assigned to the category by their year of birth that is verified with their student ID. Competitors are obliged to bring their IDs with them to the competition.
6. The age category of the 2vs2,3vs3 is always assigned judging by the age of the oldest contestant in the couple or team.
7. In the case of winning a financial award by an under-age contestant, he/she is obliged to receive the award together with his/her legal or temporary guardian.
8. The competitors may register and enroll on the day of the competition. However, the organizer may close the registration list due to the excessive amount of competitors in a given category.

§ 4. ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENTS
1. Rules defining the Street Noise Competition:
The competitors organize their journey, insurance, accommodation and catering at their own expense.
The Organizers do not take responsibility for the contestants of the event.
2. Rules defining behavior in Gwint Club:
Every contestant is obliged to follow the rules and regulations of the work safety regulations and fire safety regulations in Gwint Club
Under-age contestants (under 18years of age on the day of the competition) are obliged to be under the custody of an adult
The Organizers do not take responsibility for valuable things left on the premises of the Club and in the changing rooms.
By registering for the Street Noise dance competition prior to the prelims, the competitors and their legal guardians agree to the terms and conditions outlined by the Organizers of Street Noise hereby stated, confirm that there are no health contraindications to take part in the competition and they declare that they take part in the event on their own responsibility, thus in the event of a health injury they will not claim compensation from the Organizers. The health condition of an under-age contestant/group of contestants must be verified by his/her/their legal or temporary adult guardian who is obliged to fill in a form at the office, in which he/she states that there are no health contraindications for the dancers to take part in the competition.
The Organizer ensures medical assistance during the competition period.
The Organizers do not allow any forms of advertising without prior permission.
All inappropriate and disturbing forms of behavior ( including unsuitable gestures, comments, being noisy) during the event and announcing the results will effect in an immediate disqualification of the person of group during this or future Street Noise edition.
3. Technical information:
Dancefloor measurements: 6m#8m
Teams perform with the use of their own records( data storage device, pendrive)
Contestants are obliged to make use of records, clips, tracks, fonograms with the respect for the legal rights of artists, performers and people in charge of its production.
The competitors are obliged to follow the order established for dancing competitions, absence means disqualification
4. The competitors allow the Organizers to use their image for promotion purposes via different mass media: newspapers, tv, movie clips, radio,online
5. The Organizers do not allow any forms of advertising without prior permission.
6. The organizer informs that the program indicated may be subject to change
7. The Organizer reserves the right to publish video content on social media such as youtube, facebook or other. It is allowed to publish video content on any website following 14 days after the end of the event.
8. The contestants, upon sending their application, agree to their personal data being gathered and processed for the purposes of the Event ( according with the Act of the 29th August 1997 Personal Data Protection) as well as being registered and photographed. They also agree to their images and footage recorded during the Event being published in the media, especially on the website of WOAK in Białystok and the website concerning the Event itself for promotion purposes.
§ 5. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. These regulation governs the organization of Street Noise
1. All the contestants are obliged to apply to the rules and regulations of the work safety regulations and fire safety regulations on the premises of the building in which the event takes place.
2. Going against the rules will result in immediate disqualification of the contestant or team.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to implement changes into the rules and regulations of the Event.

In the following dance categories: OLD freestyle and ALL STYLE CREW the contestants are awarded with financial awards. In the following categories: JUNIOR and SHOWCASE, the contestants are awarded with  non-financial awards. All contestants are awarded with cups   or medals ad diplomas.

8. Each following category the contestant takes part in costs 10 zł.
9. The jury may disqualify every contestant or group for inappropriate and disturbing forms of behavior ( including unsuitable gestures, comments, being noisy) during the event.
10. The competitors are obliged to follow the order established for dancing competitions, absence means disqualification.
11. The contestants are allowed to apply and register on the day of the event, however the organizer reserves the right to close the registration list of a given category in case of a huge amount of contestants.
12. Each contestant may take part in one age category ( the same person may not take part in 3vs3 Bboying Old and 3vs3 Bboying during the same event)
13. The awards obtained during the event are personalized and carry the contestant’s name and surname thus cannot be resold.
14. In the case of winning a financial award by an under-age contestant, he/she is obliged to receive the award together with his/her legal or temporary guardian.
15. The organizer informs that the program indicated may be subject to change
16. The registrations takes place from 8:00 till 13:00. Any further attempt to enroll will not be possible.
17. The Organizer reserves the right to publish video content on social media such as youtube, facebook or other. It is allowed to publish video content on any website following 14 days after the end of the event.
