§ 1.
General INFORMATION
Every contestant is inclined to get acquainted with the rules and regulations of Street Noise.
2. The Regulations define the rules as well as the organizational structure of Street Noise (further defined as SN).
3. Freeway Association is the organizer of SN, DO IT CREW sp. z o. o. is the co-organiser.
4. Street Noise 2019 dance event will be held on 18st and 19st May 2019 in Black Diamond Club Piękna 2 Street in Białystok.

§ 2.
APPLICATIONS
In order to take part in the competition all competitors will be required to send their applications or apply during the event (under the condition that there are vacancies) and pay the registration fee (look:entry). Applicants will be handled on a first-come-first-service basis.
2. The organizer may close the registration list due to the excessive amount of competitors in a given category ( applicants will be handled on a first-come-first-service basis after paying the registration fee).
3. The competitors may apply until 14:00 during the day the events are being held, under the condition that there are vacancies in a given category.
4. Every competitor is required to pay the entry fee which is 30 pln/8 euro per person till 16th May 2019 or 35 pln/9 euro per person following the 17th May 2019.
5. The entry fee for every next dance category is 15 pln/4 euro per person.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to implement changes into the rules and regulations of the Event.The absence of the contestant disqualifies him/her.
7. Competitors may apply through the application form available on www.streetnoise.pl or www.streetnoise.eu- available from the 25st March 2019.
8. Entry fees should be paid via bank transfer to the account of Freeway Organisation Bank account number: 28 1090 2587 0000 0001 3448 1255 Bank
Santander transfer title: ‘Street Noise+ name and surname/team+category+the number of competitors/number of competitors second category’
9. Teams that will resign after 10th May 2019 will receive a 50% refund of the transferred amount of money.

§ 3.
PRELIMS AND FINALS
ELIMINATIONS and FINALS are divided into individual categories and are held every day according to the competition plan.
2. Categories:
1) Hip Hop Kids 2 vs 2 (up to 11 yrs)
2) Hip Hop Junior 2 vs 2 (up to 15 yrs)
3) Hip Hop Old 2 vs 2 (16 yrs and above)
4) Bboying Kids 2 vs 2 (up to 11 yrs)
5) Bboying Junior 2 vs 2 (up to 15 yrs)
6) Bboying Old 2 vs 2 (16 yrs and above)
7) Street Showcase Kids (up to 11 yrs) – 3 teams get to the finals,
8) Street Showcase Junior (up to 15 yrs) – 5 teams get into the finals, the time limit is extended up to 4 minutes
9) Street Showcase Old (16 year and above) – 5 teams get into the finals, the time limit is extended up to 4 minutes
10) Street Showcase 30 + – 5 teams get into the finals, the time limit is extended up to 4 minutes
11) All styles crew (no age groups)
3. It is allowed for 20% of dancers on a team to be above the age limit of the given category. The competitors are assigned to the category by their year of birth that is verified with their student ID. Competitors are obliged to bring their IDs with them to the competition.
4. The age category of the 2vs2 is always assigned judging by the age of the oldest contestant in the couple or team.
5. The contestant may participate only in one age group category ( for example one person is not allowed to compete in Bboying Old 2v2 i Bboying Junior 2vs2). Apart from SHOWCASE where the contestant may participate again in the same category under the condition the members of the team differ in 50%.
6. The Jury has the right to decide upon assigning teams to a given category.
7. The Jury has the exclusive right to assess during the Prelims and chose the teams/contestants that will perform during the finals.
8. The prizes are awarded after the end of each day of the competition. On 18st May 2019 prizes are awarded in the category Hip Hop 2 vs 2 (Kids, Junior, Old) and Street Showcase (Kids, Junior, Old). On 19st May 2019 prizes are awarded in the category Bboying 2 vs 2 (Kids, Junior, Old, 30+) oraz All Styles Crew. The financial awards will be forwarded to the team leaders or legal guardians via bank transfers up to 30 days after the finals.
9. Time limitations of the performances are 3 minutes in Showcase category during prelims and 4 minutes during the finals.

§ 4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Street Noise participation conditions:
1) all the participants come to the place of competition and take care of the health insurance at their own or the delegating institution expense, this principle also applies to accommodation and food in Bialystok;
2) organiser do not take care of the participants.
2. Rules concerning staying in buildings where Street Noise takes place:
1) all the participants are required to absolute abidance of health and safety or fire regulations of buildings where Street Noise takes place;
2) underage participants (below 18 yo) have to stay under care of an adult (due to polish educational law);
3) organiser do not take responsibility for objects left in the buildings where Street Noise takes place;
4) while registering for Street Noise before eliminations, participants and their guardians accept rules and regulations and commit to apply them during the competition, confirm the health condition allowing them to take part in a competition and declare that they compete on their own responsibility so they would not claim compensation from the organizer when it comes to physical damage; adult taking care of underage participants (due to polish educational law) is obliged to verify the health condition of her or his parolees and confirm that there is no reason not to engage them in a competition;
5) organiser ensures health care during Street Noise;
6) the organisers permission will be needed to advertise or run any kind of promotional activity during the competition;
7) any inappropriate gestures or comments and also too noisy behavior during the competition or results announcement can result with disqualification of a person, team or group in this or future editions of Street Noise.
3. Technical background, space, sound system and lighting:
1) dance floor size: 9×9 m;
2) dancers taking part in showcase categories use their own music submitted to the organiser (sent to e-mail address: [email protected] in mp3 format);
3) participants are obliged to respect the copyright of used tracks or phonograms and to esteem the work of artists, authors, performers and producers.
4. Street Noise participants allow organiser to capture and use their image in promotional purposes in different media: press, television, film, radio, Internet.
5. Organiser reserves the right to publish the Street Noise video footage in any social media site (ex. Facebook, Instagram).
6. Participants are required not to publish any video footage registered during Street Noise (in any form, especially in Internet) during the competition and 7 days after the end of it. After 7 days participants are allowed to publish the footage in any form.
7. Street Noise participants, in a moment they finish the registration, allow the organiser to gather and process their personal data for the competition organizational purposes (due to polish law, act from August 29th 1997 concerning personal data protection) and to capture, photograph and publish photos or videos in media (ex. website, social media), especially including their image.

FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Regulations that governs the organization of Street Noise:
a) the above rules and regulations,
b) the rules and regulations of the work safety regulations and fire safety regulations on the premises of the building in which the event takes place.
2. Going against the rules will result in immediate disqualification of the contestant or team.
3. The rules and regulations are available online on www.streetnoise.pl i
www.streetnoise.eu.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to implement changes into the rules and regulations of the Event.

In the following dance categories: OLD freestyle and ALL STYLE CREW the contestants are awarded with financial awards. In the following categories: JUNIOR and SHOWCASE, the contestants are awarded with  non-financial awards. All contestants are awarded with cups   or medals ad diplomas.
